Would I be able to heal when using Wish, while getting inflicted with Heal Block the very turn after?

So if I have a Pokemon that uses Wish, an than my opponent uses Heal Block, what would happen with the Wish there since it comes the turn after, and was used before Heal Block was used?Would Heal Block prevent me from healing, or will it of counted and would allow me to heal because it was used the turn before?

“Heal Block prevents the functioning of the moves Ingrain, Aqua Ring, Moonlight, Morning Sun, Roost, Recover, Heal Order, Rest, Softboiled, Wish, Milk Drink, Slack Off, and Synthesis, while it is under effect.” -Bulbapedia

Since it prevent the functioning of healing moves, Wish cannot function.Meaning that if you use Wish, then someone uses Heal Block, Heal Block will cancel Wish.
