Would a surfing raichu actually be a good idea?
Apr. 1, 2015This would be for VGC. Surf is a great move and paired with a Pokemon like water absorb vaporeon things would be cool. Here’s the possible raichu set.

Also, since raichu had a ground weakness, he can cover it. I know about grass knot, but that is for heavy ground types only. Also, since surf hits all players, it can deal some damage to the unintended target, which can be good! Tell me what you think and see if it could work.
