I did some calculation on Showdown’s Calculator and here ill give you them.

252+ Atk Sceptile Leaf Blade vs. 5 HP / 252+ Def Wishiwashi-School:146-174 (62.9 - 75%) – guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252+ Atk Sceptile Leaf Blade vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Wishiwashi-School:146-174 (49.6 - 59.1%) – 69.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftoversrecovery

According to these calulations Schooling Wishiwashi cannot be OHKO by Leaf blade but it is possible when its a Critical hit

252+ Atk Sceptile Leaf Blade vs. 5 HP / 252+ Def Wishiwashi-School ona critical hit: 218-260 (93.9 - 112%) – 68.8% chance to OHKO

So the 68.8% chance could have worked with a Crit but there is no way to OHKO without crit.
