Will Red Card cancel skill link moves like icicle spear/bullet seed/ etc. on the 1st hit?

lets say breloom used bullet seed on my heatran holding a red card, will the red card activate on the 1st hit or will it continue to chain until the attack is over?

Nope not on the first hit. The Red card will be used after the last hit
