Will Earthquake from Mega Swampert OHKO Primal Groudon in Omega Ruby?

I’m fighting Primal Groudon, and I’m thinking of trying Earthquake on Swampert, his attack is 110 without Mega evolution, I tried without using Mega evolution and it only got him to half health. If I Mega, will it OHKO it? I’m asking this because I don’t have access to the damage calculator.

First, taking it 0 EVs on Swampert. To get to 110 Atk stat at Level 46, 9 IVs are inputted. Here’s the damage output:

Lvl 46 0 Atk Swampert Earthquake vs. Lvl 45 0 HP / 0 Def Groudon-Primal: 78-92 (53.7 - 63.4%) – guaranteed 2HKO

On the other hand, when it mega-evolves:

That calculation was made with zero ivs and zero evs Primal Groudon and perfect iv Swampert with max attack evs. If max iv and ev cannot one shot a fully uninvested Primal Groudon, then anything higher won’t
