No.It is impossible to hatch a Ditto from an Egg due to Ditto Eggs being unobtainable; let alone have them breed. You’ll have to catch, trade, migrate or transfer to obtain it.

NoDitto can breed with other Pokemons, but not with another Ditto.

No, ditto is the only Pokemon that’s egg group isn’t undiscovered that can’t breed. If you go put 2 ditto in the day care the man will say “the two prefer to play with other Pokemon” or something similar to that and that means they wont breed. You can find them In the giant chasm. I don’t see why you would want to breed one anyways.
