Why does Surging Strikes have less BP than Wicked Blow?

So Surging Strikes hit 3 times, right? Then each time should be a crit, resulting with more BP than Wicked Blow. However, itdoes notland a crit every time it hits, and why is that?

The reason why is because you can’t divide 80 by 3, unless using decimals, and the base power of a Pokémon move is always a non-decimal number, unless using boosting items, abilities, or when counting critical hits

80/3= 26.6666666667

Also, I’m pretty sure it does land a crit each time it hits
