Why did brock stop to travel with ash in unova?

On the last episode in sinnoh,Brock started to show interest in becoming a Pokemon doctor.So when they went to Kanto Brock stayed to study.hope I helped.
He left to pursue a career as a Pokemon doctor, after it was suggested to him when he and his newly evolved Chansey cared for a group of baby Pokemon that had been poisoned.
Near the end of the Sinnoh saga, Brock began to show interest in becoming a Pokémon Doctor, and so, rather than following Ash to Unova to advise him, decided to remain in Kanto to study.

Well, he left at the end of Sinnoh. I think it was to go and complete his goal to be a Pokemon breeder! There will be a special episode where Cilan and Brock meet up…I don’t know about Ash and Iris though..It’s main focus is about Cilan and Brock.
