Why can't my Gallade remember Hypnosis?

I’m trying to get a Pokémon with False Swipe and (a sleep causing move) in USUM, my best option was Ralts, so I evolved a male Ralts into Kirlia with Hypnosis then used the Dawn Stone.Then I put my Gallade in the Isle Evelup for a month so it becomes lvl 100 , today I came to take it out it had False Swipe already so I took it to the move reminder to get Hypnosis back but it couldn’t remember Hypnosis.How do I get it to remember Hypnosis?

The Move Reminder can only teach a Pokémon moves that its species can learn; they cannot teach moves exclusive to a pre-evolution.

Kirlia may be able to learn Hypnosis, but Gallade cannot, so there’s no way for you to teach it to it again.
