Why can't I get this item in Soulsilver?

In the basement of the department store in goldenrod, where the machoke are moving crates around, I’ve managed to get most of the items there, but there is still one crate that the machoke haven’t moved, and because of that I can’t get the item at the top. Do I have to do something to get the item? Or is this a glitch?

No I don´t think it´s an glitch. I had the same problem before and I think the solution was go to the elevator and go to whatever floor and then come back to the basement. That will eventually make the Machoke change the crate(s) it´s moving. Try and try a lot of times and you´ll find the right one.

It is not a glitch the machoke needs to be next to the crate to move it like the other 2
