Why can't I find Scyther with Technician?

can scyther have the ability technician because I have 50 of them and none of them have that ability

Scyhter with Technician ability available on Generation IV (Platinum/Pearl/Diamond).If you play FireRed/LeafGreen or Generation III, I think Scyhter only has Swarm ability

Yes, they can. You must be having horrible luck, because its a 50% chance to get either Technician or Swarm. What happened to you is a 1 in 1125899906842624 chance of that happening

Yes it does have the chance to know the ability technician. Good luck breeding for it

Yes they can. And there is no chance that you have breed 50 without getting Technician.
