Why can't I catch Palkia on Pokemon Dream Radar?
Apr. 29, 2014I have inserted Pokemon Pearl in my 3DS, but the Space Extension is not coming up. Can anybody help?

You need to have also unlocked the Eureka Extension that allows you to catch Landorus, and to have caught Landorus.

You’ll firstly need to catch Landorus, to encoutner him you’ll need to accumulate3200orbs firstly. Then Part 2»
Insert Pokémon Pearl and select Pokemon Dream Radar. Select ‘‘Start’’ from the start of the screen with Pearl.
Pearl insertedAccess costfor the level:- 0 bulbs
You’ll be encountering Stormy Dream Clouds so bring everything with you to catch this beast!
