Why are most Pseudo-Legendaries Dragon types?

Dragon type Pokemon are considered the most overpowered Pokemon ever; and it’s because of this that almost all of the Perudo-Legends are Dragons.It could also be the fact that since Dragonite, the first PseudoLegend, the trend of pseudo legends have followed and became dragons.
