Who owns the lost xtransceiver?

You meet Yancy if you are a guy and Curtis if you are a girl. You go to specific spots and they will call you. Eventually he/she will tell you to meet you at the feris wheel in Nimbasa city. You can trade poke’s with them.
Depending if you chose to be the male or female main character, it is Yancy for the male and Curtis for the females.
If your character is a boy, the person owning the Xtranceiver is Yancy, who is actually a person sometimes seen on tv names Nancy. If you are a girl, the person who owns the Xtranceiver is Curtis, who is actually Cristoph. I hope this helps you! -Jellohamster
