Which Pokemon takes the most damage from Spikes, Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rocks?

All Pokemon affected by Spikes take the same amount of damage from it (1/8for one layer,1/6for two layers and1/4for four layers respectively.Toxic Spikes don’t inflict direct damage butpoisonsthe for with one layer up andbadly poisonsthe for with two layers up.Stealth Rock inflicts damage based on typing however.
