Which Pokemon can't be obtained in any Switch Pokemon games?

List all the Pokemon that cannot be obtained/transferred into any Pokemon game released for the Nintendo Switch (LGP/E, Sw/Sh, BD/SP, PLA, S/V).

Also assume that you do not transfer any Pokemon from Pokemon Bank (3DS games or earlier) or Pokemon GO into Pokemon HOME, only obtain the Pokemon within the Switch titles (both in-game and events).
