Which of Camerupt and Rapidash should I use in Monotype on Showdown?

I’ve looked at the stats of these Pokemon and they both seem alright, although Camerupt will have to work on it’s speed. I’ve been deciding for a long time now and can’t seem to pick on Pokemon showdown.
