Well for your first move I think Dragon Dance is better, since your Speed is also increased. You can use that increased Attack stat before the opposing Pokemon easily. Next I think Outrage is a good choice if you can bear the consequences but if you think a confused and dumb Haxorus will be useless then use Dragon Claw since your great attack power boosts it out rage is boosted but it confuses the poke literally I would advise you to keep outrage since the foe will be a goner with dragon dance and outrage .
