Which is better Amphardos or Electrivier? Which is a bettter special sweeper?

If you are asking for a special sweeper.then the winner is ampharos.Its base stat is 115 and electivire is only 95 in special attack.But electivire has got better stats than ampharos and has a large movepool.If i were you i would go for electivire because its overall stats are even better than ampharos.The choice is yours.
