team galactic building which floor is it on.

i already used one but know I want to train one from scratch.

The previous answer is wrong. You can get Razor Claw in the following places:

If you want the exact location of Razor Claw in Galactic Headquarters, you can refer thisYoutube video.Refer from 3:00. It is available in the room right of the place where you battle Cyrus.

There’s no Razor Claw in galactic building… all you need is find it in:1. Victory Road2. Route 224, or3. buy it in Battle frontier for 48 BP (wasting time)…hope this usefull…
