Where is the earliest place you can find a Dusk Stone in HGSS?

I’m pretty sure you will need to trade a Pokemon from D/P/Pt with a Dusk stone into HG/SS.

Earliest you can get one without connecting to another game is after getting the National Dex. You can trade one over from DPPt (where they’re available earlier), or if you connect your game to Battle Revolution for the Wii, you can redeem battle points on that game for items to transfer into DPPt or HGSS, such as the Dusk Stone, Dawn Stone, or Shiny Stone. It’s kind of a roundabout method, but it’s technically the best way to get it early…
