Where is Rock Climb?

I read the other Cherubi Q and it needs rock climb to get to the tree…Where is rock climb?

You obtain Rock Climb from Prof Oak after you beat all 16 gyms from both Kanto and Johto Gyms if that is what you are asking.

Where is the HM rock climb? Is that the question? if so after you beat Blue(The last gym leader in Kanto) you go to Prof. Oak in Pallet town and he will give it too you. [List of Pokemon capable of learning Rock-climb][1]
