Where do you get the Everstone in Pokemon White?

Where do I get the everstone for myFrillishso I can finally make my Pokemon White walkthrough?Please help me!

Non-repeatable- Castelia City (from a man in the Pokemon Center for having Pokemon with 10 unique OTs)

Repeatable- Dust clouds- Held by wild Graveler (5%)- Held by wild Roggenrola and Boldore (50%)

Everstone (Bulbapedia)

The easiest way is to capture a wild Roggenrola or Boldore. They have a 50% chance of carrying an Everstone. Dust Clouds sometimes contain Everstones. Also, if you have traded with ten different people, the man in the Pokemon Center who gives you items in Castelia City will give you an Everstone.
