Where do you get more Moon stones in Pokemon X?

Since I don’t know which ones you have already, I’ll list all of their locations.

Reflection Cave>1F; south of Battle Girl Hedvig, on top of the small mesa

Terminus Cave(this one is on B1F and is hidden so the Dowsing Machine is recommended)>Far north side in the gap in the wall

Secret Super Training(by completing Drag Down Hydreigon! minigame)

Route 18(sometimes given if you beat Psychic Inver in an Inverse Battle)

use a level 65-ish pick-up ability Pokemon. they’ll find plenty of them, sun stones too. any Pokemon with pick-up can find either stone, or numerous other lovely items randomly. mine has found me 10 sun stones and 8 moon stones… I loves my zigzagoon…
