Where can I get heart scales without the pokeathlon shop?

In Soul Silver and Heart Gold, There are Heart Scales above Cianwood by Using Rock Smash. There are 2 origionally but after a LOT of smashing more rocks, they will grow back.
Find them on wild luvdisc.
In Ruins of Alph on the left befor you walk into route 36 there will be 4 or 5 rocksmash rocks smash thim and u might get one sometimes you also might get a fossel and shards have fun and wish you luck
you can also find some heart scales with the pokewalker in hg/ss. i have found a few and i was actually quite surprised to find them. don’t remember what place it was thought.
