Where can I find the energy ball TM in ORAS?
May. 18, 2015I’m trying to make a “good” Chandelure but I can’t find the TM energy ball and I have no idea where it could be so please could someone help me?

The Energy Ball TM is indeed in the Safari Zone, though it’s in a really specific area that’s pretty out of the way. The other poster is right that you need both bicycles to get this TM, and you can only get both bikes in the post-game after the Delta Episode. So this is what you need:
This tutorial has screenshots that show you exactly how to reach the TM. Just in case you prefer text over video like me, I’ve found text directions to be much easier to follow than videos.
