Where can I catch starters?

It’s pretty much common knowledge that the starters can only be obtained at the beginning of the game. The only other way is to trade them or migrate them to other games.

The only way to receive starters is to either get them from the Professor, or Migrate them from GBA games via Pal Park. Hope this helps…
