Where are the TMs Earthquake and Stone Edge in White?

Earthquake is in Relic Castle and Stone Edge is in Challenger’s Cave.

Earthquakeis on the ground on the highest floor in Relic Castle. This is also only available in the post-game after you defeat the E4.
