Whats a good ev build for smeargle?

So I was wondering what a good ev set for a smeargle would be. There could be a bunch of different sets, with advantages and disadvantages, so also post what moveset you use with that smeargle, and tell me its pros and cons.

Usually, Smeargle run Baton Pass sets, or hazards sets:

Hazard setter:

Smeargle (M) @ Focus SashTrait: Own TempoEVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpdTimid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

Baton Pass:

Smeargle (M) @ Focus SashTrait: Own TempoEVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpdTimid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

Most Smeargle run no offensive EVs at all.Pros: With Spore, you can almost get a guaranteed hazard setup, or Baton Pass.Cons: They are many counters to these sets:
