What will happen if I use Power Trick then Mega Evolve the next turn?
Jan. 3, 2015My question is what will happen if I use Power Trick then Mega Evolve the next turn?
example:Medicham——–Mega MedichamBase stats——–Base StatsAttack: 60——–Attack:100Defense: 75——Defense: 85
Power Trick then Mega Evolve next turnMedicham——-Mega MedichamBase Stats——-Base StatsAttack: 75——-Attack: 115Defense 60——Defense: 70
Would something like the example above happen or would power trick get canceled out and just revert back to the original base stats or would the base stats just start off switched when you Mega Evolve like example below.

Haha, very interesting question. Interestingly enough, I tested this about a month ago because I was curious. I went into the Lumiose Cafe for triple battles, and I tested my own Mega Medicham on my own Pokemon.
tldr: Power Trick’s effects do not carry over through Mega Evolution.
