Typhlosion: 534Feraligatr: 530Meganium: 525

So, I guess that’s it. Let’s look at Johto gyms as well. I’ll keep score. :D

it dosent matter about he gyms. choose typholysion if you want a speccial sweeper. chhose feraligatr if you want a physical attacker and defender. choose meganium if you want a mixed defender and a supporter Pokemon. in my opinion cyndaquils the best. this would be their best moves:

Typlosion:flame thrower, blast burn, swift, solar beamFeraligatr:Waterfall, Ice fang, Earthquake, Crunch/ShadowClawMeganium:Petal dance, Poison powder, Synthesis/Body Slam,Reflect/LightScreenHope it helped:)
