What regions have more Physical than Special attackers and vice versa?

I want to know for final evolved Pokemon only. Which main series game regions have more physical attackers than special attacker, and which ones have more special attackers than physical attackers. If the Pokemon has the same in each stat (yes this is based on the stats), then that counts as plus 1 for both. I don’t need to know the Pokemon, just the results for the regions.

Note that I did not include Pokemon that were once fully evolved but now are not (Scyther, Roselia, etc.). I also did not include form changes (the Calyrex forms, for example), nor regional forms. Let me know if you want any of these included.
