To evolve nincada in shedninja you need to do emty spot in party so what mean this,can somone say me?

Yes, if you have empty spot in your party, Nincada will evolve into Shedinja! Wobbuffet gave a great explanation, but left one extremely crucial detail: In Gen IV (Which you’re playing on), you need a spare Pokéball in your bag to “put” Shedinja into.

This means that you need an actual Pokéball, not a Great Ball, Ultra Ball, etc.
