What is the Speed range for a level 14 Ponyta without any EVs?

Doing a Challenge Run in Brilliant Diamond where I’m attempting to beat the game with 6 Smeargle and I want Ember on my special attacking Smeargle for Gardenia as well as general Fire coverage.

I want to make sure I can grab it without getting outsped and getting a move like Growl or Tail Whip (none of my current Smeargle have any SE moves for Grass types or any form of speed control since I failed to get Bulldoze and String Shot just seems like a bad idea to keep around until level 41).

Ponyta’s Speed at Level 14 ranges from 27 (0 IVs and a -Spe Nature) to 37 (31 IVs and a +Spe Nature). If you’re concerned about Sketching something else, just save before encountering Ponyta and soft reset if you don’t get the desired outcome.
