What is the highest amount of HP you can heal?

Using Leftovers, Leech Seed, Ingrain, Aqua Ring, Abilities..But not moves that can recover 1/2 or more: Recover, Roost, Synthesis..

Alrighty! The highest fraction of HP you can receive with the aid of abilities and moves (excluding Synthesis and junk, etc.) is7/16of your Pokemon’s total health with:

*Note: If you are able to do something along the lines of a ton ton of damage (similar tothis question), I believe Shell Bell would be able to eventually heal you 100% health; making the other stuff obselete.

That is all I can think of actually.

(+) Rumi: “Along the lines of what Sam Sam Sam Sam said, if the move “Drain Punch” Is used, (Which recovers half of your health you took from the opponent) You could literally heal 100%!”
