What is the easiest way to get Lapras in Pokemon Quest? (Or other rare pokes)?

I have gone through too many ingredients making Mouth Watering Dip A La Cube. I cannot seem to get Lapras! Wh has another way?

Lapras can be caught with the following Recipes:Chance to receive Lapras from Mulligan Stew:Quality—————Chance
