What is the easiest way to destroy Rayquaza?

Yeah. My friend is just owning my team, and I really don’t know how to stop it. A Pokemon that can be caught pretty easily in ORAS would be preferred (catchable at the very least), and please provide moveset, too.

Moves:-Outrage-Dragon Pulse-???-???(I am not sure if salemence’s moveset is legit off the top of my mind)

You can shrek him with a 4x ice type move (ice beam ect.)

Or you can use a fairy type with a fairy type move.
