What is the difference between the Abilities Poison Point and Poison Touch?

Poison Point activates when the Pokémon with the ability is hit by a contact move, but Poison Touch activates if the Pokémon with the ability uses a contact move.

It’s kind of like the difference between poisonous and venomous.

If you punch it and you get poisoned, then it has Poison Point.
