What is the difference between a Red Card and an Eject Button?

Red Card: The pokemon who attacked the pokemon holding a Red Card is switched out, Ex. AEeveeuses Quick Attack on aOshawottholding an Red Card, theEeveewill be switch out with someone else in the team.
Eject Button:The holder is switched out when attacked, Ex. AEeveeuse Quick Attack on aOshawottholding a Eject Button, theOshawottis switched with someone else on its team.
