What is the base power of Rollout with STAB + Defense Curl in Gen 2?

I know defense curl doubles the power of rollout from 30 to 60 on turn one, and eventually reaching 960 on the turn five. But if a rock type Pokemon does this, with the STAB bonus, does the turn one power after using defense curl start at 90 and eventually get up to 1440 on turn five?

I figure; 30 base power + 15 from the STAB is 45. Then defense curl would double that to 90.

This is for a casual gen 2 playthrough if that makes any difference.
