Answering this so there’s something that fits the criteria.
Treecko @ Focus SashAbility: UnburdenLevel: 5EVs: 236 Atk / 76 SpD / 196 SpeAdamant Nature- Swords Dance- Seed Bomb- Acrobatics- Drain Punch / Thunder Punch
The opponent will likely bring Treecko to its Sash, activating Unburden. Sash also guarantees a Swords Dance, so when it’s consumed, Treecko will probably have major boosts in two of its stats. Seed Bomb is STAB. Acrobatics does massive damage when the Focus Sash is consumed. Drain Punch is coverage, hits Steel types, and recovers HP, while Thunder Punch covers Flying types.
