Special Defensive stall set. You can go Toxic to ruin other walls and speed up the process, Protect for some extra seed healing or Giga Drain for a second STAB. Blizzard just gives a very powerful move, as Ice Shard wouldn’t really do much with no investment while Blizzard’s pure power still does stuff. Sub allows you to set up far easier.
