Espurr @ Focus SashAbility: InfiltratorLevel: 5EVs: 20 HP / 252 SpA / 212 SpeTimid NatureIVs: 0 Atk- Nasty Plot- Psyshock- Thunderbolt- Energy Ball
With a max Speed of 17, it’s decently fast. A Focus Sash allows it to get off a Nasty Plot. Infiltrator is probably its best ability, to be honest. Nasty Plot boosts its already OK 16 Special Attack. Psyshock is STAB that breaks through Specially Defensive Pokemon. Thunderbolt and Energy Ball are decent coverage options.
