What is a good baton passer for a physical and fast sweeper?

How about scolipede. It has speed boost raising speed and swords dance allowing for after one moxie and switch out about max attack. Assuming your mega evolving airelate will turn double edge into stab so you’ll have an even bigger advantage. Here’s a suggested spread:
