What is a good amount of energies for a move that can deal 110 damage with no side effects?

I have a card which requires 5 energies to deal 110 damage. Is it worth it to waste 5 energies on it?

It actually depends if its the only attack it has but I would use it. Its worth it for me. you can use it as a last resort attack for the final prize card or just knock out the Pokemon and you opponent doesnt have bench Pokemon and win.

It really depends on the secondary effect of the attack but if it is just a straight out 100 damage then no. There are a lot more powerful cards that cost less energy. Plasma Gale’s Infernape will have a two for 120. So I would say it is not worth it as that is not a very powerful attack for that high of energy.
