What held item gives a better stat boost, a Mind Plate or a Twisted Spoon?
Feb. 1, 2014I’ve looked around at different databases but I cannot seem to figure out if some attack-type boosting items (Like a Mind Plate and a Twisted Spoon) have more of an advantage than the other.
I know the mind plate will give a 20% increase to Psycihc-type moves, but will the twisted spoon give any more/less of a boost? And if not, is there a item (In Pokemon X/Y) that dose offer a better stat boost?

Most items like twisted spoon and the plates give 20% boost.If you want more power,you should use the choice items( Choice Specs,Choice Band) Except for Choice Scarf because it gives speed.
