What happened in this battle?

Outrage’s PP was reduced to 10 and it is disrupted if it is not successful due to missing, sleeping, paralysis, freeze, flinching,a Protecting target, or Wonder Guard immunity.

It didn’t execute fully, so Dragonite was not confused.
