What happen if you use a shiny-locked Pokemon obtained from hacking?

What will happen if I used my shiny hacked Kubfu on Isle of Armor or evolve it in Tower of Water/Dark? Will my game crash? Will I get banned? I mean like shiny Kubfu in cutscenes? Idk what will happen. Thanks for reading this.

As the shiny is locked, but still in the game’s coding, most likelynothing will happen. If you use it online, however, in formats such as Wi-Fi battles and competitive, there have been reports of people being banned because of having a hackmon, whether or not it was shiny.

Well, nothing bad would happen, because the shiny is still in the games code, BUT if you use it online, you could get banned for suspiscion of being the one that hacked it in. Also, if you live in japan, you could actually get in LEGAL trouble for owning a hackmon.
