What do hidden abilitys do?

A hidden ability is just an ability that can not be obtained through normal play. It has to be obtained in a hidden grotto in the Pokemon dream world or from an event.
They give your Pokemon an ability it can not normally have it usually has a hidden ability when it’s from the dream world
Hidden abilities are basically abilities on Pokémon that you wouldn’t normally obtain throughout the course of the game. You can get them by going to the dream world, or finding them in the hidden grottos.

Hidden abilities are abilities that Pokemondont normaly have.Pokemon with these abilities can be found in thePokemon Dream Worldor inHidden Grottos.
For example, a Politoed normally has the Damp or Water Absorb abilities. But when found in the Pokemon Dream World, it has the Drizzle ability.
