What are the recommended levels for each Totem Pokémon and Island Kahunas in Alola?

Most of the trials are known for being brutal, which is why the recommended levels go above the level of the Totem Pokemon. They should be easy enough to attain, what with the EXP Share.

Lower numbers are if they have type advantage and a good moveset, Higher numbers are for non type advantage Pokemon. These games can be really difficult, if possible go to the higher end of the spectrum.
